Ihre Aufgaben

  • -Finance Responsibilities:
  • Complete full-cycle accounting and financial reporting services
  • Review cash disbursements processing, including bank and other account reconciliations.
  • Handling of invoices incoming/outgoing, inter-company and group
  • Receiving/handling invoices and inter-company charging's
  • Insurance management/contract management
  • Keeping books up to date including postings for suppliers/customers/bank statements in SAP S/4 HANA
  • Liquidity Management; Cash Management Tool implementation
  • Month-end closing activities; accruals, deferrals, foreign currency valuation.
  • Reporting to head quarter monthly and yearly as well as collaboration with head quarter in group-wide projects incl. sustainability report, global minimum taxation etc.
  • Overseeing, managing, and carrying out all activities with regards to accounting, controlling, treasury of the subsidiary
  • VAT & Income Tax
  • Overseeing and implementing Legal requirements
  • HR Responsibilities: Up to date with labour laws and regulations. Monthly pay rolling e.g. post payment file, salaries, employment contracts, social security, travel expenses. Point of contact regarding; office rent, leasing cars, insurance etc
  • Additional Tasks that can appear: Support office management. Support managing director

Ihr Profil

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance management or similar
  • Several years of work experience in finance
  • Experience in SAP, preferably SAP HANA
  • Experience from start-up environment
  • Experience with tasks related to HR.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent written and spoken Danish and English is mandatory for this position
