Ihre Aufgaben

As a Business Development Associate at COMATCH you work closely with a Business Development Manager (BDM) and in collaboration with the Business Development Representative (BDR) Team. The goal is on the one hand to create first touchpoints with clients to extend the customer base and on the other to support the BDMs in their work with clients and in servicing the clients’ project needs. Your responsibilities will gradually increase and you can pursue a promotion to Business Development Manager.

You will have two roles:

BDR role
  • Be responsible for outbound sales planning / execution and qualification of inbound leads within your territory
  • Develop relationships with prospects, acting as the initial point of contact with decision-makers
  • Define outreach strategy guidelines and run outreach projects applying structured process with the aim to bring lead generation to the next level at COMATCH
  • Identify new accounts, create prospect lists, and contact them via various channels
Sales Operations Role
  • Support the BDM team in executing and selling high value projects
  • Understand and qualify client’s requests
  • Find the best freelancers for each project
  • Prepare candidate proposals and client contracts
  • Be a key contact for consultants before and during the project
  • Collect all information and datas required to answer RFI / RFP
  • Close cooperation with the Business Development, Marketing, BI, Product and other central departments

Ihr Profil

  • 1+ years of profesionnal experience in B2B sales (after your studies)
  • Experience in an international environment is a plus
  • Excellent bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, communication science or comparable studies
  • Drive, curiosity and outgoing personality
  • Enthusiast and detail-oriented mindset
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • English on a fluent / native level, and additional languages are a plus
  • Position based in Berlin or Paris
