- Planning, coordinating, and leading technical development and customer projects
- Managing technical work packages across software, electronics, and mechanical engineering domains
- Collaborating closely with commercial project managers throughout project execution
- Conducting technical negotiations and discussions with customers, partners, and authorities
- Leading cross-functional project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Ensuring compliance with technical requirements, quality standards, schedules, and deliverables
- Maintaining project documentation and reporting using Confluence
- Coordinating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Profil
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
- Solid experience in technical project management
- Proven experience managing customer-funded projects with direct client interaction
- Demonstrated background in leading technical development projects
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project collaboration tools, particularly Confluence
- Willingness to travel within Europe possible (approximately 20%)
