• Project Context: Our MSA client is running a major S/4HANA transformation and is looking for a senior expert who can take ownership of the technical cutover setup and help ensure a structured, transparent, and reliable go-live preparation. This role is particularly suited to freelancers who are confident in complex transformation environments, can challenge existing planning structures constructively, and bring a strong focus on governance, risks, and dependencies.

Aufgaben

• Building a robust and scalable cutover strategy
  
• Developing a sustainable cutover governance framework
  
• Creating, aligning, and quality-assuring integrated cutover plans
  
• Acting as a sparring partner to the Technical Cutover Lead
  
• Reviewing and challenging existing planning approaches critically and constructively
  
• Ensuring high transparency regarding dependencies, risks, and critical paths
  
• Supporting a successful Big Bang go-live preparation and execution

Profil

• Strong experience as a Cutover Manager in complex transformation programs
• Proven track record in S/4HANA environments
• Demonstrated experience with Big Bang go-live scenarios
• Strong understanding of technical cutover planning, governance, and execution
• Ability to work independently while aligning with senior stakeholders
• A structured, risk-aware, and quality-focused working style
• Business fluent German (mandatory)
