Aufgaben

• Plan and Schedule Shipments: Assist in planning and scheduling all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring alignment with company requirements
• Monitor Delivery Activities: Help monitor and coordinate daily inbound and outbound delivery activities
• Manage Goods Returns: Assist in handling goods returns, mistakes, and damages
• Communicate Across Departments: Support daily communication with relevant departments such as the warehouse, purchasing, and customer service.
• Project Work: Contribute to the creation of a key performance indicator (KPI) dashboard using MS PowerBI
• Prepare Import Documentation: Help prepare timely import documentation, including customs authorization for air and sea shipments
• Warehouse and Transportation: Support the interaction between the warehouse and transportation teams

Profil

• Educational Background: High school or university degree in engineering or economics.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Italian and English; German is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel); knowledge of ERP/WMS/TMS systems is a plus.
• Passion for complex and dynamic processes, customer-oriented mindset
