- Development and implementation of HSE initiatives
- Maintenance and improvement of management systems in line with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Coordination of audits, certifications and communication with authorities
- Assessment of HSE risks and investigation of incidents
- Delivery of HSE training and promotion of safety awareness
- Coordination of emergency and crisis preparedness
- Preparation of HSE reports and support of group-wide HSE activities
Profil
- Completed technical or vocational education with an HSE qualification (ASGS Specialist/Expert).
- Profound HSE experience within an industrial or logistics environment
- Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
- Solid understanding of Swiss HSE, environmental and compliance requirements
- Experience with HSE reporting, KPIs and digital tools
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a hands-on approach
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Wilflingens to work on-site
